1. What exactly is a faucet splash guard, and how does it work? Our splash guards are small, flexible attachments that fit around the base of your faucet or over the spout, depending on the model. They redirect water flow so it stays in the sink, preventing splashes onto the countertop. They are easy to install - most models simply slide or clip into place without any tools.
2. Will the splash guard fit my faucet? We offer two main sizes to accommodate most standard faucets. The universal model fits round and square faucets with a diameter between 1.5 and 2.5 inches. The mini model fits smaller, narrow faucets. If you are unsure, check the product description or contact us with your faucet dimensions and we will help you choose.
3. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you place them.
4. What are the shipping options and costs? We offer Standard shipping for $15, which takes 7-14 business days to arrive. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
5. How do I track my order? After your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to see the current status of your delivery. Tracking is provided for all orders.
6. What is your return policy? You have 7 days from delivery to return your item. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first to initiate a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
7. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not already been dispatched. Just email us with your order number and we will process the cancellation and refund. After 24 hours, the order may already be in the shipping queue.
8. How do I clean and maintain the splash guard? Most of our splash guards are made from food-grade silicone or durable plastic, so they can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, some models are dishwasher safe - check the specific product page. Avoid abrasive scrubbers to keep the surface looking new.
